DELTA AIR LINES

To celebrate the new partnership with Chelsea FC, Delta commissioned a permanent hospitality space at the Stamford Bridge ground and in 2012 the doors opened to The Delta 360 Lounge at the four-star Millennium and Copthorne Hotel. The Lounge is a bespoke space, designed to showcase Delta’s innovation and progressive style, while also providing comfortable surroundings in which guests can relax, catch up on work or dine with friends.

 

The space has three main areas – bar, dining and lounge. The bespoke design and build of the bar and bar mirror features a faceted design to accentuate the triangular shape of the Delta logo and to also allow customers to see all areas of the lounge from a bar stool. Interior video screens show Delta branded messages, videos and a real-time flight departure screen with the latest Heathrow flights, offering a subtle opportunity for Delta’s brand to be visible but not intrusive. Subtle lighting throughout ensures this windowless space remains bright and inviting.

 

With over 250,000 visitors expected to visit the Delta 360 Lounge each year, this space gives Delta the opportunity to engage with new and existing passengers each time they visit the home of Chelsea FC.
